You can access the signup page here. You will need to enter your name, your organisation name, your email and a password. You can then sign-in to Workup and it will set up your organisation for you.

The different packages available are described on our Pricing page. Workup will automatically bill you at the start of each subscription month, based on the date you subscribed. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time.

You can begin a 14 day free trial immediately. If you need some help getting your initial data setup or how to use the platform, you can consult the help pages via the (?) icon within the app, or contact us via support@workup.cloud.

The free trial lasts 14 days. You do not need to provide credit card details to access the trail version. If you would like to extend your trial for a short period, please email us at support@workup.cloud.

Workup will send you reminder emails as you approach the end of your trial to register for a paid subscription. If you do not register then you will continue to have access but your account will become read-only. After another 30 days, then your data will be archived and you will need to recreate your account.

Each month, Workup bills you on the maximum users you have subscribed to; you can change this on the Billing page. You can add users to your organisation up to this limit at any time. You can change your subscription to increase or reduce your maximum number of licensed users at any time.

We will be releasing our read/write REST API in early 2025. This will allow clients to build custom software to integrate with Workup. It will also enable automations using Zapier.

Automatic connectivity to upstream and downstream applications are on our 2025 roadmap. Please contact support@workup.cloud to request any specific application connections so we can take these under consideration
