Workup Moves to STEAMhouse

Workup has moved into the STEAMhouse Incubator in Birmingham. STEAMHouse is part of Birmingham City University (BCU) and provides a range of services to support small businesses in Birmingham and provide opportunities for BCU students. The new STEAMhouse building opened in 2022 after a major rebuilding and refurbishment of an old factory building.

As well as strong links with BCU, STEAMhouse has good links with many other organisations supporting small technology businesses in Birmingham such as GBSLEP, Birmingham Tech and Birmingham Enterprise Community.

The STEAMhouse incubator provides a great shared, working environment with dedicated desks, shared meeting rooms and great common areas. There is a good community spirit and we hope will provide a great environment to move Workup forward.
