Workup provides a comprehensive and flexible leave and holiday management function that allows employees and managers to manage leave, sickness and other absence.

Leave entitlements are calculated automatically based on each employee contract. Leave takes into account working days/hours and bank holidays. Managers can view the leave status for each of their team and identify trends and issues.

Employees and Managers can request leave via a simple form. Various leave types are supported based on the employee contract and entitlement and remaining leave are calculated automatically. Managers receive a notification for new leave requests and can approve or reject them with a message back to the employee.


Monitor Leave Status

A manager can easily view the current leave status of each employee for current, previous or future years. The manager can also view all approved and outstanding leave requests.
